IT Solution

Daxtonmorus is a web and software development company in Bengaluru, India. We design, build and run websites, online shops, apps and internal software for businesses that depend on them. One team writes the code, sets up the cloud underneath it, and stays on afterwards to keep everything patched, monitored and improving.

How a project runs

Six stages, and you see working software well before the last one.

  1. 01

    Discovery

What exists, what hurts, and what it costs you today.

  2. 02

    Architecture

How it should be put together, and what we are deliberately not building.

  3. 03

    Build

Short cycles, with something to see at the end of each one.

  4. 04

    Integrate

Wiring it into the systems and data you already have.

  5. 05

    Launch

A rehearsed release, with a way back if something goes wrong.

  6. 06

    Run

Monitoring, patching and the next round of improvements.

Questions

Can you work with the systems we already have?

Usually, yes. That is most of what this service is. We start by reading what is there instead of proposing a rewrite. We recommend a replacement only when keeping something running would cost more than replacing it, and we show you the arithmetic.

How long does a project take?

A marketing site takes weeks; a platform takes months. After discovery we give a range with the assumptions written down, so you can see which ones would move the date.

Who owns the code?

You do, on final payment, along with the repositories, the cloud accounts and the documentation. We will sign an NDA before the first call if you prefer.

What happens after launch?

Whatever you want to happen. Some clients take the code and run it themselves, and we document it so that is realistic. Others keep us on for monitoring, patching and changes.

Do you work with companies outside India?

Yes. Most of our published work is for brands in Europe, the UAE, Australia and New Zealand. We plan calls in your working hours and keep decisions in writing, so the time difference does not slow the work.

Do you use AI to write code?

Yes, where it saves time: scaffolding, tests and first drafts. An engineer reads and owns every line that ships, and client code does not go into tools that train on it.

Can you take over a project another team started?

Yes. We begin with a short audit of the code and the hosting, tell you what we found, and agree what to fix first before taking responsibility for it.

What are the downsides of outsourcing development to India?

The honest ones: a time difference, and a wide range of quality between suppliers. We deal with the first by booking calls in your working hours and writing every decision down. For the second, judge us the way you would judge anyone: look at the live sites we have built, and start with a small, fixed piece of work.

Do you work white label for other agencies?

Yes. We can be the delivery team behind your agency, working under your brand and your process, with an NDA in place.
